Was Du als Information and Cyber Security Officer bei uns erwarten darfst:

- In your role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the global information security architecture based on business needs, relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS2), normative requirements (z.B. ISO / IEC 27001:2022) and group standards
- You will monitor and report compliance with the group standards to the Group CISO
with the help of appropriate KPIs- You will lead a small team of two people in terms of discipline and expertise and will also be responsible
for the technical management of the information security organization in our various divisions and at our different locations- As a consultant, you will be available
to our internal decision-makers from the areas of business and IT- In addition, you will keep an eye on new or changed threats, identify and communicate them and further develop the information security architecture in a tailor-made manner
- You will also be responsible for the further development and implementation of the training and awareness program on information security
- Under the appropriate framework conditions and with appropriate performance, there is the possibility of further development into a CISO of one of our subgroups of the REHAU Group
