Innerhalb des Teams Workplace + Media Technology Services verantwortest Du ein eigenes Aufgabengebiet im Bereich IT-Business User Service am Standort Erlangen mit hohen persönlichen Gestaltungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten:

You are active
in the 2nd level IT Business User Service in the IT workstation environment You are responsible for the support of the media technology, the video conferencing systems and the multifunction printers and regularly check them for their functionality
In addition, you are responsible for the support of the data rooms and the network technology and support the troubleshooting of faults in this environment
You will process user questions (tickets) that are received in our helpdesk system "Helpline" You
