You will lead the international team of operations controllers
You will ensure the management of operational and commercial issues in Operations and SCM, including the monthly and annual financial statements of the plants and logistics centers
You will analyze deviations in the key figures and define effective measures to achieve
goals together with Operations and SCMYou will be responsible for multi-year planning and the annual budgeting of the plants and logistics centers
You will identify potential for cost reduction and increased efficiency and evaluate relocations to optimize global production and logistics processes
In addition, you will actively participate in shaping modern controlling processes for production and SCM as well as reporting systems
What you bring to the table:
Several years of experience in production-related controlling of an international company, including standard and target costing
Sound knowledge of SAP S4/HANA (CO/FI), MS Excel and common visualization tools
Experience in leading and coordinating international and interdisciplinary teams as well as strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business contexts and the ability to communicate
complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group Structured and independent way of working, as well as a high level of commitment and ability to
work in a team Conversational knowledge of English and German
