We are seeking a motivated student currently enrolled in a university program to join our team at our site in Lichtenfels, Germany, for a 3-month position. This role will focus on supporting safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety standards across our shopfloor operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong German and English language skills and a passion for fostering a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment while contributing to critical safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Work Instructions: Review and generate safety work instructions for machines and job positions to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Shopfloor Posting: Post safety work instructions in designated shopfloor areas for easy access and visibility.
- Support People Leaders: Provide assistance to people leaders by preparing and facilitating training activities related to safety work instructions.
- Supervisory Tool Integration: Review opportunities to implement safety work instructions into supervisory tools such as Gensuite, SAP, or other relevant systems.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student in a university program (immatriculated).
- Proficiency in both German and English languages.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
