How you can contribute
As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of our Client Implementation and Integration (CIaO) team and will support one of our international customers in all matters relating to our products and services.
- Technical consulting and support for one of our major clients
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems in collaboration with the development department
- Interface to internal departments (e.g., sales, IT)
- Configuration and testing of customer connections
What you should bring to the table
- Completed training or degree in IT or comparable professional experience in IT support, technical consulting, or application engineering
- Strong technical understanding and high level of customer focus
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Good German skills are an advantage
- Payment experience is a plus
