In your role, you will support Process Engineering in technical procurement as well as in the organizational and commercial processing of tool and machine orders for plastic profile extrusion. You will work closely with process engineering, production, toolmaking and external suppliers. In concrete terms, this means:
- You will prepare offers, open orders and place orders with manufacturers - in doing so, you will check the delivery of machines and tools and organize their onward transport to the respective production sites
- You will record subcontracts for internal toolmakers and ensure
correct and complete documentation of all technical and organizational processesYou will control and analyze tool costs in SAP and carry out
intermediate and post-calculation calculations for tool projects You will monitor the relevant deadlines for tool requests, awards, and construction progress and ensure transparent tracking
- You will maintain tool orders and the article archive on your own responsibility
- You will organize tool and machine relocations between international production sites
- You will work closely with Process Engineering, Production, Toolmaking and international production plants and support the technical and organizational management of tool projects

- You have completed technical training, for example as a tool mechanic, industrial mechanic or in a comparable technical profession - ideally you also have further training as a master craftsman, technician or a comparable qualification In
addition, you have initial professional experience in the field of toolmaking, plastics processing or production and have a good understanding of technical contexts as well as costs and deadlines for technical Projects
