Job Description:
These exciting tasks await you:
- You will be responsible for managing the marketing and communication activities of our Academy – from the idea to implementation
- You will develop new training formats and campaigns along the customer journey and integrate them into the Academy roadmap
- You will plan, coordinate and communicate face-to-face and online training courses for external B2B partners – including smooth participant communication
- You lead and moderate online seminars (e.g. from our broadcasting studio in Erlangen), enjoy being in front of the camera and ensure a professional process
- You create target group-oriented content for website, newsletters and other relevant channels
- You define KPIs, create reports and derive concrete optimization measures for the Academy from them
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the organization and support of seminar or training formats
- Strong hands-on mentality: Topics are proactively promoted and implemented
in a structured manner Confident handling of digital platforms and tools as well as openness to AI-supported ways of working
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and the ability to prepare
content in a way that is appropriate for the target group Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
