Working Student – Business & Data Analyst

The Role

  • Supporting within the Finance department by building and maintaining the financial reporting system

  • Support in maintaining and further development of the company’s BI ecosystem 

  • Using your analytical skills to find and diagnose technical and data-related issues

  • Contributing to better reporting, monitoring, and alerting systems, improving data visibility for data, and business stakeholders

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently enrolled in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education or related degree or masters program

  • First experience of SQL and ideally of data analysis in Python

  • Good understanding on key BI concepts (dashboards, datatables, pipelines and connections, etc.)

  • Interested to experiment with AI tools on data analysis (Claude, Copilot, OpenAI)

  • Basic experiences in working with CRM systems (Zoho is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Excel 

  • Fluent German skills + fluent English skills required

  • A proactive, team-oriented, and structured working style
