Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Coordinating meetings across different time zones (UK/Germany).

Communication: Handling English-language correspondence and acting as a first point of contact.

Travel Coordination: Organizing travel and accommodation for the team (primarily within Europe).

Admin Support: Managing expenses, basic data entry, and preparing briefing documents.

Bavarian Liaison: Assisting with occasional local administrative tasks or research within the German market.
Your Profile:

Fluency in English is a must (Native or C1/C2 level). German is a strong plus for local logistics.

Enrolled as a student in a Bavarian University (for Working Student applicants) or based in Bavaria (for Full-Time).

High level of discretion and "can-do" attitude.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and G-Suite.
