These exciting tasks await you:

As a Process Engineer with a focus on extrusion technology, you will be responsible for the development and introduction of new technologies in the field of profile extrusion and assembly
- You will develop extrusion tools and manufacturing processes from the initial idea to stable series production readiness and take responsibility for design, running-in process and sustainable process stability
An essential part of your job is active support directly on the extrusion line as well as the process-related optimization of new tools and systems
- You will work closely with design, toolmaking, production, chemistry, product development, purchasing and international production sites and act as a technical interface between development, plant and customer
- You will evaluate production and technology concepts in terms of quality, performance, costs and time-to-market and actively contribute your experience to strategic technology decisions

This is what you bring to the position:

Ideally, you have a degree in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable field (Bachelor / Master) or alternatively you have a technical education with further training as a technician or master craftsman as well as many years of professional experience in the extrusion environment
Very good practical experience in running-in, optimizing and developing extrusion processes and extrusion tools is particularly important to us Initial
 SAP knowledge as well as good CAD or Solid Works skills would be desirable
- Your German and English skills are good at communication and you enjoy international business trips (approx. 20% of working time)
- You are a collegial team player who works analytically, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, is characterized by a high degree of initiative, resilience and entrepreneurial thinking, and proactively drives topics forward
