These exciting tasks await you:

In your role as a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, introduction and standardization of innovative manufacturing technologies in the areas of extrusion, assembly and sealing technology.
- You will develop and optimize extrusion and processing technologies from the concept phase to successful series production.
- You will take on technical responsibility for the design, commissioning and continuous development of production processes, systems, tools and devices.
- You will manage and implement industrialization and technology projects up to stable series production.
- As a technical interface, you will work closely with internal departments as well as national and international production sites.
- You will introduce new technologies and systems, establish technical standards and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer through documentation and training.

This is what you bring to the position:

Ideally, you have a degree in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable field (Bachelor / Master) or a comparable technical qualification with corresponding professional experience.
Practical experience in the development, optimisation and industrialisation of manufacturing processes in the areas of ready-to-wear and extrusion or comparable technologies is particularly important to us.
Ideally, you have experience with profile and sealing systems as well as the associated manufacturing and assembly processes.
Initial SAP knowledge as well as good CAD or SolidWorks knowledge are desirable.
Your German and English skills are good at communication and you enjoy international business trips (approx. 20% of your working time).
You are a collegial team player who works analytically, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, is characterized by a high degree of initiative, resilience and entrepreneurial thinking, and proactively drives topics forward.
